Terms.
Scope.
These terms apply to the purchase of digital music downloads via budenmusik.ch. Seller is BUDENMUSIK, owner Jörg Dässler, Teufenerstrasse 61, 9000 St. Gallen, Switzerland, reachable at info@budenmusik.ch.
Swiss law applies.
Process.
The purchase runs through the checkout page of our payment provider Stripe. The contract is concluded with the payment confirmation.
Delivery is digital: you receive a download link by email with the track in MP3 320, WAV and AIFF. The link stays valid for 30 days, with up to 10 downloads per format. If a link expires or a file does not arrive, write to info@budenmusik.ch and we will resend it.
Payment.
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and are final prices. Payment is processed by Stripe (credit card, TWINT, Apple Pay and other methods offered there). BUDENMUSIK does not store any payment data; it is processed exclusively by Stripe.
Returns.
Digital content is delivered immediately after payment. By purchasing you agree to immediate delivery; withdrawal after delivery is excluded.
That said: if a file is broken, incomplete or wrong, contact info@budenmusik.ch. We will replace the file or refund the purchase.
Usage.
With the purchase you receive a personal, non-transferable licence: for private use and for playing the track in your own DJ sets, in clubs, at events or in livestreams, within the performance rights that apply there.
Not allowed: resale, sharing, re-uploading to platforms of any kind, and sampling, remixing or use in video, advertising or other productions without written permission. For such licences: info@budenmusik.ch. All rights in the recordings remain with BUDENMUSIK and the respective rights holders.
Closing.
Should any provision of these terms be invalid, the rest remains unaffected. Place of jurisdiction is St. Gallen, Swiss law applies.
